All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and customer eligibility.
Renters must:
Meet the minimum rental age requirements.
Provide a valid payment method.
Meet any insurance requirements.
Reservations may be modified or cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle pickup.
Customers agree to:
Not allow unauthorized drivers.
Return the vehicle in the agreed condition.
Return the vehicle on time.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for late returns unless an extension has been approved.
Customers are responsible for all traffic tickets, tolls, parking violations, and related fees incurred during the rental period.
Any accident, theft, or damage must be reported immediately to SnapRide and the appropriate authorities where required.
Rental charges, applicable taxes, fees, and optional services will be charged according to the rental agreement.
SnapRide is not responsible for personal belongings left inside rental vehicles.
SnapRide reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
